Right To Education अधिनियम भारत सरकार द्वारा बनाया गया एक कानून है जिसके अंतर्गत हर एक बच्चे को निःशुल्क और अनिवार्य शिक्षा प्रदान की जाती है। RTE Act भारत में 4 अगस्त 2009 को संसद में पारित किया गया परंतु इस अधिनियम को देशभर में 1 अप्रैल 2010 में लागू किया गया था।

25% quota for weaker sections in private unaided schools
The Education Department will provide 25% reservation to children from socially and economically weaker sections in private unaided schools across the Saraikela Kharsawan under Section 12 (1)(c) of the Right to Education Act.
Our Vision
This decision to uphold the 25 per cent reservation will help ensure quality education to students from economically weaker sections and help secure their future. The decision will help aid and boost the overall progress and development by fostering quality education across a cross section of the society.
